Vegan Baked Jalapeño Poppers
Ingredients:
- 4-8 large jalapeño peppers
- 1 package vegan cream cheese
- 1 tablespoon onion powder
- 1 tablespoon garlic powder
- 1 tablespoon chili powder
- 1 sprinkle of cayenne pepper to taste
- 1 finely chopped green onion (optional)
- 1-2 tablespoons of panko bread crumbs
Directions:
- Wash and slice peppers in half
- Hollow out the seeds
- Combine cream cheese, spices and 1 of the tablespoons of panko bread crumbs
- Fill each pepper half with mixture
- Sprinkle other table spoon of panko bread crumbs on top
- Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes until filling is golden
